WHO ARE WE?
Tabeer Foundation is committed to fulfilling a dream to educate the underprivileged girls in a remote village in Katihar District, Bihar.
The girls who have no access to decent schooling and have to face discrimination at each step when it comes to schooling / education and opportunities.
As a privileged lot we are fully aware that education is the prime medium to learn, play, grow, evolve and realize one’s potential and gain confidence.
PLAN OF ACTION
We, at Tabeer Foundation, will ensure that the girls have access to quality education that enables them to complete 10 years of schooling in a dignified manner and grow up to be informed, confident, and self-reliant young women.
To accomplish the plan we need your support.
- You can sponsor a child for a year at an amount of ₹30,000/-
- We also accept Zakat for the same.
- We assure you that your contribution will be put to right use and you will be provided regular progress report of the child supported by you.

- To promote education specially for girls in deprived communities.
- To spread awareness about health issues and provide health facilities with a special focus on women, girls and children.
- To support, counsel, and help women in distress, specially the victims of domestic violence, sexual harrassment, sexual abuse, and other such situations.
- To spread awareness about Mental Health issues and to provide the required counselling.
- To help and support socially and economically backward communities towards skill development and livelihood training.
- To promote and support progressive cultural groups working towards socio-cultural development.
- To work and support social reforms ( preventing child marriage,trafficking, child labor,and discrimination in the name of caste, race, tribe or religion.
- To try and provide legal counselling along with the legal aid.
- To establish facilities for imparting information with regards to available government schemes for social welfare.
- To take all possible initiatives to maintain peace and harmony in society.
OUR APPROACH
Tabeer Foundation’s plan puts into action women, and children-centered community development and an educational transformative approach.
A project of this kind requires support of any kind starting from your good wishes to blessings. From a single brick to a full block; one book to building a library; adopting a child to sponsoring a teacher, from one microscope to help build a modern lab, each of your act will go a long way to build a promise of hope for the girls of this nondescript part of North Bihar.
What I stand committed to here, is that whatever you give, will go rightfully and honestly into this cherished dream to bring smile to the expectant eyes of the children.
